Work permit

Foreign nationals may be granted a six-month residence permit to seek employment in Denmark.

A residence and work permit under the Green Card Scheme is issued on the basis of an individual evaluation using a point system designed to assess the likelihood that the applicant will be able to find qualified work in Denmark.

For more information please visit: https://www.nyidanmark.dk/en-us/coming_to_dk/work/work.htm. This website is a convenient and comprehensive information resource.
