Ambassador Ketil Karlsen challenged his Nordic colleagues to join a culinary journey showcasing green and climate friendly solutions and reminding all that meeting around a good meal may be one of the oldest and best tools in diplomacy when trying to solve conflicts.
The book fuses Nordic and Palestinian cuisine into delicious and innovative recipes both professionals and amateurs can cook. The book also highlights our Nordic engagement in Palestine together with presenting cultural aspects linked to food and cooking traditions from each of the four Nordic countries.
