PASSPORT RENEWAL 

1. Booking of appointment

   If you are unable to come to your appointment, please make sure you reschedule.
2. Passport application form
   You can download the passport application form here
   Please print out and complete an application form for each passport application.
3. What to bring?
   Please click here to check which documents you need to bring to your appointment. Kindly note both parents should be present for applying for passport  for children below 18 years. Kindly bring a photo of children under the age of 2 (recommended for children under 5 years for backup)
4. Payment
   Kindly note Danish Representative Office do not accept cash payment. Please pay in cash to our Bank account as below:

5. Processing time
   Renewals of passport take approximately 3-4 weeks.
6. Collection of passport
   You will receive an e-mail from the Danish Representative Office when your new passport has arrived. 
   Kindly remember to bring your old passport for cancellation.
